Cool Product! Good product, works as described, easy to use! Great idea when Hallmark doesn’t make the card you need!

Never could get it to work, would not record and of course no playback. Had high hopes to make a catchy greeting card with this, but disappointment right out of the box. Huge Bummer!!

Hello. We are sorry to hear of any difficulties that you may be having. Can you try the following? Place the card flat open on a table and open side down. Then press and release the record button? Does it beep once (indicating recording start)? Then when finished recording, if you press and release the record button again, does it beep twice (indicating recording saved)?

Great for recording voice, but why won’t it record music off my speakers? How does that work?
Edgar –
Hello. The finished cards are best made for recording using the built-in mic. Recording playback from speakers this way may not work well with quiet sounds. The best option would be to use our BARE SLIDER – REC 120 sec (w line-in port) (https://old.bigdawgsgreetings.com/product/bare-slider-rec-120-sec-w-line-port/) which can connect and record to a computer, mp3 player, stereo system, etc. Then make a card by providing your own paper.
